Terms & Conditions Of Warranty on Small Furniture Products

The Urban Basics Small Furniture Products are guaranteed against manufacturing defects for 1 year from the date of purchase. The following are terms and conditions:
  1. This guarantee applies to all Large furniture by the Urban Basics brand. 
  2. Natural wood qualities such as variation in grain, color, mineral streaks, and knots are not considered flaws.
  3. This guarantee applies to Console Tables, Book Shelves, Side Stools, Coffee Tables and Cabinets.
  4. Inform Urban Basics by phone or email within 10 days of noticing a defect.
     5.The product warranty excludes:
  1. Improper product storage, handling, assembly, maintenance, or usage,
  2. Defects in the Goods that emerge after purchase as a result of product modification, deliberate damage, accident, misuse, abuse, or neglect.
  3. Normal aging product wear and tear, including wearing, staining, and loosening of fabric, leather, or other similar materials.
  4. Upholstery, regular wear and tear, softening or flattening of cushions and foam, colour fading from sunlight, damage caused by physical mishandling 
  5.  Other exclusions include costs of labour ,assembly and shipping.
